What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required, mathematical and analytical skills, Experience developing KPIs and engineered labor standards, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word), problem-solver with high attention to detail, Excellent communicator across all organizational levels, High stress tolerance and adaptability in fast-paced environments, Collaborative and cross-functional team player, Results-driven with organizational skills, Flexible and available to support varied schedules
Nice to Have
Six Sigma knowledge preferred, 1–3 years of experience in an Engineering or Continuous Improvement role preferred, Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, DAX, or C++ preferred, Background in safety reporting and compliance preferred
