Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial/Engineering Technology, or a related field, Minimum of five (5) years of experience, Quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, Experience leading Kaizens, Root cause analysis, and Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Improvement Management certification, Ability to weigh and manage priorities, well organized and with ability to multitask, work habits focusing on safety, quality and productivity, Proficiency in commonly used and specialized software, working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including advanced skills with Excel, Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, changing environments, Ability to travel 10% of the time
