What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, business acumen, lean and continuous improvement skills, process management background, Must reside in the United States

Nice to Have

Preferred candidates will live near our plants and close to a major airport, Experience with Learning Management Systems, Experience developing and delivering Lean Manufacturing Content, Experience facilitating groups in Problem Solving and Kaizen activities, Thorough understanding of Problem-Solving Methodologies

What You'll Do.

Develop documentation for Tyson Lean MOS program

Deploy Tyson Lean MOS processes across manufacturing enterprise

and development to personnel

Monitor and measure process improvement effectiveness

Publish weekly reports on deployment journey

Mentor plant Lean Leaders and peers

Teach Smart Factory tools for implementation

Execute Lean tools within manufacturing environment

Act as catalyst for change management

Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders

Develop standard work instructions

Provide feedback on Tyson Lean MOS processes

Lead problem solving activities

Work across all three shifts

Collaborate with cross-functional departments

Communicate progress to senior management

Coordinate with stakeholders on project milestones

Implement change management methodologies

Utilize data-driven insights

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes

Identify and analyze current processes

Identify and escalate best practices
