What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience providing continuity of operations support to the federal government, Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks with competing timelines, Ability to develop clear and effective written and verbal communication products for senior leaders utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, Bachelor's degree, Ability to obtain a Professional Development Series, Professional Continuity Practitioner, or Associate Business Continuity Professional Certification, within 6 months of start date
Nice to Have
Experience leading small teams and developing strategic plans, Knowledge of Federal Continuity Directives, Ability to travel in support of mission assurance activities, including one to three trips per year, Associate Business Continuity Professional Certification, Certified Business Continuity Professional Certification, or FEMA Level II Master Continuity Practitioner Certification, Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
