Must Have
Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic or sales support in broadcast, cable or radio, Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under deadline pressure, Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are a must, Ability to effectively solve problems with a sense of urgency, Creative and able to adapt quickly to change, written and verbal communication skills, as well as organization and time management, Proficient with computer software/applications, including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel, WideOrbit traffic system knowledge

Execute entry of traffic instructions
Confirm commercial copy from delivery systems
Retrieve traffic instruction information
View materials for quality control
Ensure material locations are up-to-date
Receive and download commercial materials by deadline
Build and maintain relationships with TCO teams
Provide support and backup to team members
Address issues promptly and efficiently
Adhere to established protocols and guidelines
Offer constructive feedback and suggestions
