Must Have
5+ years delivering CI / process excellence results, cross-functional projects, change adoption, sustainment, Advanced facilitation, analytical capability, Coaching and influencing, Project and change management ability, Experience standardizing and replicating improvements, written and verbal ability, Comfortable working in shop floor, repair center, or field service environments, Process and leadership-oriented mindset, Meeting facilitation and training skills required
Nice to Have
Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (or equivalent advanced certification), Degrees or Advanced Degrees with an emphasis on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence considered a plus

Partner with IT/Analytics for data-driven improvements
Aid deployment of business strategies
Provide functional leadership to project teams
Mentor junior practitioners
Set project plans and priorities
Recommend process changes
and replicate best practices
