We are looking for a Contingent Workforce Strategy Business Partner for our APAC team. In this role, you will be part of a Global Contingent Workforce Program. Our goal is to deliver exceptional contingent workforce talent solutions for our internal teams. LinkedIn’s Contingent Workforce population includes all types of non-FTE labor (ie. temporary workers, independent contractors, professional/outsourced services) The APAC CWBP will partner closely with other regional CWBPs and CW Operations teams on executing global strategic initiatives, while fostering relationships with business and cross functional partners. You will provide strategic consultative services to business leaders on how best to leverage contingent workforce solutions and provide actionable data that drives results. As a CWBP you would run point on addressing contingent worker related concerns and recommend solutions that align to our policies and values.
