Content writing, editorial, or SEO writing experience across digital formats, Ability to research, synthesise information quickly, and turn complexity into clear, useful content, Excellent editorial judgment with a sharp eye for structure, tone, accuracy, and consistency, Ability to tailor tone, structure, and messaging across different page types and user goals, Basic understanding of on-page SEO and how content supports discovery, comparison, and conversion, Comfortable using data and feedback to iterate and improve content over time, Able to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and take responsibility for content beyond publication, High attention to detail with fact-checking and proofreading habits, Comfortable refining and humanising AI-assisted content while maintaining quality and trust
