We want more businesses to know there’s a better option — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a powerful communicator to help make business energy simple, clear and fun for customers. Someone who can cut through the complex, ditch formalities, and write for humans: without trying to be a novelist. Someone who chooses clarity over ‘flowery’ and knows how to find the sweet spot between serious, silly, and sincere. We need someone who can react fast, write brilliantly at speed, and spin lots of plates at once. We want someone who thinks awfully hard about people. What they care about, how they think, and how they might respond. Someone who can easily spot when the words aren’t pulling their weight – and make them do bicep curls. ## What you'll do Create stuff: We’re a small content team, so you’ll need to be comfortable doing a range of things. Social posts, FAQs, videos, persuasive emails, blogs and articles - you name it. Write compelling things: You’ll turn the drab and complex into something simple, engaging and easy to understand – adding moments of joy where you can. Sharpen messaging: Develop, update and sharpen customer comms (of all types, from email to website help guide to app UX) so they really hit the mark.
