Must Have
5+ years of experience in the beauty industry, retail, or D2C brands, understanding of content, trends, and brand storytelling, Proven ability to develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final output, Deep knowledge of the beauty space, including emerging brands and formats, experience in researching references and building clear, inspiring moodboards, Confident in presenting ideas and creative directions to internal teams and stakeholders, Sharp aesthetic sense with a clear point of view on what works, Performance-driven mindset with the ability to optimize content for impact and brand alignment
What You'll Do.
Drive the development of creative concepts for campaigns
and always-on content
Own content creation end-to-end
from ideation to final execution
Support the Content & Concept Lead in shaping and refining campaign ideas
and cultural insights to inform creative direction
Own moodboard and visual framework development to guide shoots and production
Collaborate closely with designers
and videographers to execute concepts
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity across all content
Stay on top of emerging beauty trends
and competitor activity
Continuously scout new platforms
and creative opportunities
Review and evaluate content performance to optimize future outputs
Apply a aesthetic judgment to ensure high-quality

We’re looking for an experienced Content Strategist to bring to life compelling content concepts across campaigns, launches, and always-on channels, from ideation to final output. In this role, you will support the evolution of campaign ideas through research, moodboarding, and cultural trend analysis, with a strong pulse on the beauty space. This person will collaborate closely with creative teams to bring concepts to life, while continuously evaluating and optimizing content for performance, relevance, and brand fit.
