Must Have

3-5 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or similar roles, Proven writing and editing skills across long- and short-form content, Experience building and managing editorial calendars, grasp of SEO/GEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, content hierarchy), Background in email/lifecycle marketing content, Ability to turn strategic goals into clear execution plans, Familiarity with AI content tools and workflows, Analytical experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar tools

THE ROLE StickerYou is seeking a Content Strategist to plan and execute high-impact content across key owned channels. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing, you’ll turn business priorities into clear, actionable content plans and bring them to life through sharp execution. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering our content and email marketing programs. This position suits someone who enjoys both strategy and execution—structuring ideas, collaborating on direction, and producing content that drives measurable results.
