**Content Specialist** \- Operations Content **Position Overview** The Content Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality content products end-to-end. The role requires domain expertise in Public Records and/or Dockets, and strong technical proficiency (XML, UNIX, scripting, Python) while supporting a 18/5 (at a team level: 18 hours per day, 5 days per week) coverage model with rotational shifts and work weeks. **About the Role:** In this opportunity, as a **Content Specialist** you will: * Ensure integrity and completeness of work products and product databases across all assigned workflows/ tasks. * Build and demonstrate expertise in team and adjacent workflows; contributing towards tactical and strategic initiatives. * Participate in standardization, cost savings, and process efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies. * Troubleshoot complex issues related to content conversion, workflows, and system/data integrity with minimal or no support from more experienced staff. * Participate in enhancement projects, testing, and implementation of new systems or processes. * Utilize technical expertise to navigate, troubleshoot and operate various applications such as GCS, Alloy, LTC, Unix/Linux Novus, People Warehouse, Company Warehouse, etc. **About You:** You're a fit for the role of a **Content Specialist** if your background includes: * Strong technical knowledge and understanding of diverse Content Operations publishing systems/ applications, particularly for Public Records and Dockets content. * Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements. * Strong technical proficiency in UNIX, scripting, and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, and content publishing platforms. * Strong understanding of global workflows and process improvement metho
