What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (Business, Digital Marketing, Project Management) looking for an apprenticeship 1 year, Passion for the creator economy, Good knowledge of the Dailymotion ecosystem, Curiosity for the content industry, Excellent communication in French and English, Autonomous and organized, Great people skills, Dynamic and proactive, Problem-solver mindset
Nice to Have
First experience in digital — ideally with a interest in content creation, PowerPoint proficiency, Knowledge of KPIs and performance analysis, Comfortable with CRM and tracking tools
What You'll Do.
Identify and onboard new creators and partners
Introduce creators to the Dailymotion ecosystem
Support creators in their first steps
Act as a go-to contact for creators
Build lasting relationships with talent
Prospect new talent by identifying and reaching out to content creators and strategic partners
Welcome new creators to the platform
Train creators on app features
Support creators with their first content
Solve technical issues
and platform navigation challenges for creators
Maintain rigorous follow-up of creator portfolio through CRM and tracking tools
Monitor creator activity and track performance
Proactively reach out to keep creators engaged
Handle specific partner requests in collaboration with internal teams
Work cross-functionally with different stakeholders
Participate in monitoring Content team's performance indicators
Contribute to achieving collective goals
Showcase creators and their content on the Dailymotion app
Monitor emerging trends in content and creators
Stay on top of trends on TikTok
Support the team in content collaboration and production projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, product, customer support) to handle specific partner requests; Work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to ensure ongoing creator satisfaction
Communication Scope
Excellent communication in French and English (written and spoken)
