This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. They operate at the intersection of mental health, clinical expertise, and HR innovation—delivering programs and resources that help employees thrive. With a growing brand presence and a passionate internal team, they are investing in content as a core driver of authority, trust, and growth in the B2B benefits space. Role Overview The Content Marketing Specialist will serve as the primary creative force behind the company's storytelling, owning the full content lifecycle from editorial planning and creation to quality control and publication. This role is responsible for building brand authority, driving SEO and GEO growth, and producing high-impact content that resonates with HR leaders and employees alike. The Content Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and product teams to ensure every piece of content is accurate, on-brand, and strategically aligned. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM - 5PM EST Key Responsibilities Editorial Operations & Content Management - Build and maintain an enterprise content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic cadence across blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns. - Manage the end-to-end editorial workflow, including internal stakeholder approvals and cross-departmental coordination with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams. - Collaborate with creative, web, and marketing team members to ensure content aligns with visuals and design standards. - Lead the annual audit and refresh of member marketing materials, sales collateral, and website copy to maintain brand accurac
