## Accountabilities Create, edit, and maintain high-quality content across blogs, product documentation, guides, landing pages, feature pages, and website copy. Develop content that communicates complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible way for diverse audiences. Produce educational and promotional materials that support product adoption, user engagement, and brand credibility. Create walkthrough videos, tutorials, and other multimedia content to enhance the user experience and product understanding. Manage and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and growth initiatives. Identify opportunities for content to support user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall business growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content accurately reflects product capabilities and strategic messaging. Utilize internal research tools, data, and customer insights to inform content planning and improve performance. Contribute to the evolution of content strategy by helping define priorities, messaging frameworks, and growth-focused initiatives. Monitor content effectiveness and continuously optimize content quality, relevance, and impact. Requirements Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to clarity, structure, and audience engagement. Experience creating and managing content calendars and coordinating content production workflows. Ability to quickly understand technical products, concepts, and terminology and translate them into compelling content. Experience developing and optimizing website content, landing pages, and product-focused marketing materials.
