improve messaging discipline; speed up the onboarding of new products and services; ensure content stays current and consistent; ensure new products and services are properly onboard; adhere to established best practices; structured, tagged, and maintained for easy discovery and reuse; content is maintained in a way that both people and AI systems can rely on; ensure updates are completed and standards are followed; ensure product‑related content remains accurate through releases, enhancements, and new product introductions; ensure all language aligns with IFS positioning, value propositions, and presales standards; ensure alignment between SharePoint repositories and Responsive Content Library; ensure all nominated content meets quality, accuracy, and branding standards before inclusion in the Responsive Content Library; ensure every new product/service follows the established content standards; ensure proper approvals; integrate new material into Presales Standard Content and the Responsive Content library; ensure all such content is consistently structured, current, and aligned with approved messaging; enforce and maintain tagging conventions, naming standards, categorization hierarchies, and version control; ensure all collateral (documents, diagrams, playbooks) is uploaded, tagged, and searchable; Audit content regularly for accuracy, relevance, branding, spelling/grammar, and legal/compliance alignment; Remove outdated or duplicate information; ensure they are current, high‑quality, and aligned with IFS messaging; reflect the most accurate brand, legal, and product standards; report on time savings and quality improvements; reduce cycle time and increase response quality

Must Have

What You'll Do.
Keeps the Responsive content library and presales materials consistent
and aligned with product information
Manages governance with product owners
ensuring messaging stays accurate and standardized across all presales content
Governs and maintains the structure
and lifecycle of commercial content across global go-to-market teams
Enforces governance processes to ensure content not only stays current and consistent
but that new products and services are properly onboard
adhere to established best practices
and maintained for easy discovery and reuse
Drives review cadences
and works persistently with content owners to ensure updates are completed and standards are followed
Leads structured review cycles with product owners to validate all content at regular intervals
Creates a structured review cadence to ensure product‑related content remains accurate through releases
and new product introductions
Ensures all language aligns with IFS positioning
and presales standards
and maintains reusable (Presales Standard Content
and Legal) collateral to ensure alignment between SharePoint repositories and Responsive Content Library
and approves content nominations submitted by Subject Matter Experts
including proposed updates to existing Q&A pairs and requests to add new collateral
Facilitates SME collaboration
