What You'll Achieve.
Improve messaging discipline; Speed up the onboarding of new products and services; Ensure content stays current and consistent; Ensure new products and services are properly onboarded; Adhere to established best practices; Structure, tag, and maintain content for easy discovery and reuse; Ensure content is maintained in a way that both people and AI systems can rely on; Ensure updates are completed and standards are followed; Ensure all content aligns with IFS positioning, value propositions, and presales standards; Ensure alignment between SharePoint repositories and Responsive Content Library; Ensure all nominated content meets quality, accuracy, and branding standards; Ensure every new product/service follows the established content standards; Ensure all such content is consistently structured, current, and aligned with approved messaging; Ensure all collateral is uploaded, tagged, and searchable; Remove outdated or duplicate information; Ensure proposal templates, modular proposal sections, and standard narratives are current, high-quality, and aligned with IFS messaging; Ensure all generated proposals reflect the most accurate brand, legal, and product standards; Report on time savings and quality improvements; Reduce cycle time and increase response quality

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in governance of product‑related content and cross‑team alignment, Comfortable working with structured data (e. g. , Excel or similar tools) to manage tagging, taxonomy alignment, and bulk content imports into content management systems, High attention to detail with process discipline, Ability to work confidently with content owners and SMEs, driving follow-through on agreed actions and timelines, Comfortable enforcing standards and maintaining structured review cadences

Experience with Responsive and/or content management systems
