What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Advanced English and Spanish, 2-3 years of relevant experience working with insights, 2+ years of relevant research/insights experience, Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, marketing, statistics, economics, management information systems, mathematics, or related field

Nice to Have

Portuguese is a plus, media preferred including TV, cross platform, agency or consumer research, content insights is a plus, 1+ years of experience supporting a Streaming/TV network group, Demonstrated analytical critical thinker, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, presentation, communication, and writing skills in both English and Spanish, Self-starter and proactive thinker, Ability to identify, distill, and articulate clear and actionable brand stories, insights, and recommendations from a variety of data sources, proven multitasker with the ability to manage numerous projects independently, quantitative and qualitative skills, Experience leading quantitative and qualitative studies, Deep knowledge of the competitive media landscape across different Latin American markets, knowledge and understanding of the CTV and television industry, Proficiency with Streaming, TV, and Digital metrics tools, data visualization platforms such as IBOPE Instar Analytics, Comscore, Tableau, and Power BI, Knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R is a plus, Advanced studies in Business or Data Analytics
