What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Advanced English and Spanish (both written and verbal), 2-3 years of relevant experience working with insights, 2+ years of relevant research/insights experience required, media preferred including TV, cross platform, agency or consumer research (content insights is a plus), 1+ years of experience supporting a Streaming/TV network group preferred, Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, marketing, statistics, economics, management information systems, mathematics, or related field
Nice to Have
Portuguese is a plus, Demonstrated analytical critical thinker, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, presentation, communication, and writing skills in both English and Spanish, Self-starter and proactive thinker with an innate curiosity, bias for action, and desire to push beyond the status quo, Ability to identify, distill, and articulate clear and actionable brand stories, insights, and recommendations from a variety of data sources, A proven multitasker with the ability to manage numerous projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, quantitative and qualitative skills, including analytical abilities as well as math proficiency, Experience leading quantitative and qualitative studies is preferred, Deep knowledge of the competitive media landscape across different Latin American markets, preferably Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile, knowledge and understanding of the CTV and television industry, with relevance across streaming, broadcast TV, pay TV, digital, and new media, including research terminology, methodologies, and audience measurement practices, Proficiency with Streaming, TV, and Digital metrics tools, as well as data visualization platforms such as IBOPE Instar Analytics, Comscore, Tableau, and Power BI, is preferred, Knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R is a plus, but not required, Advanced studies in Business or Data Analytics
