Intro This role is intended to help grow and engage the creator community by developing ANZ specific programs, campaigns, and communications that attract and retain creators in the ANZ community. What you’ll do: Support Australia & New Zealand’s creator community program to acquire and retain ANZ creators. Develop plans to engage creators through community channels, incentive programs and community ambassadors. Lead end-to-end creation challenges to incentivize creators. Lead community calendar across various channels including emails, online forums and webinars/events . Plan creator events and IRL catch ups with creators to drive engagement. Define, track and analyze success metrics for programs to identify actionable learnings for ANZ. Leverage AI to accelerate and simplify community communications to creators.
