Millionen von Patient:innen nutzen unsere Plattform jeden Monat, um passende Ärzt:innen zu finden, Termine zu buchen und sich transparent zu informieren. Unser Ziel: den Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten – für Patient:innen ebenso wie für medizinisches Fachpersonal. Mit Noa Notes gehen wir einen entscheidenden Schritt weiter: ein KI-gestütztes Tool zur Automatisierung medizinischer Dokumentation, das Ärzt:innen strukturierte Notizen und Transkriptionen in Echtzeit liefert – damit mehr Zeit bleibt für das Wesentliche: den direkten Austausch mit Patient:innen. Als Teil der Docplanner-Gruppe treiben wir gemeinsam mit internationalen Teams die Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen voran. Deine Mission Du bist nicht einfach Content Manager:in – du bist unsere Content-Wachstumsmaschine. Du verantwortest die Auffindbarkeit von Jameda und Noa Notes bei Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity und auf allen relevanten Kanälen unserer Zielgruppe. Du erstellst und steuerst Inhalte, die nicht nur Traffic bringen, sondern Conversions und Pipeline-Beitrag liefern. Deine Aufgaben Content-Strategie & Omnichannel-Execution Entwicklung und Ownership der Content-Strategie über alle Kanäle (Website, Blog, Social, Newsletter, Webinare, Case Studies) – inklusive redaktionellem Kalender und eigenständiger Texterstellung und Content-Produktion für medizinisches Fachpublikum. Dazu Steuerung externer Freelancer:innen. E-Mail-Marketing mit klarem Conversion-Ziel. SEO, GEO & AI Search Vollständige Ownership der organischen Sichtbarkeit: Keyword-Strategie, On-Page, technisches SEO, Linkbuilding. Dazu: Sicherstellen, dass Jameda und Noa Notes in KI-Antworten (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) als vertrauenswürdige Quelle auftauchen. Website Optimization & CRO Analyse des Nutzerverhaltens (GA4, Heatmaps), Planung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests, Optimierung von Landing Pages und Lead-Capture-Strec
