The Content Enrichment Specialist - United States will review video content according to guidelines and provide research and editorial services regarding current pop culture video content. They will utilize their passion for pop culture and social media trends to identify patterns and provide insight on the digital landscape. This role requires adaptability to pivot in a fast paced environment, the ability to work as an individual contributor, and contribute to the team’s overall success. Excellent communication skills, responsiveness, organization, flexibility and time management are essential for success in this role. This is a short term, part-time role expected to go for 2 months. We have a policy guide and resources to support employees, and want all candidates to be informed of the expectations within this role. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partnerships to deliver editorial feedback and research on video content Review video content to ensure compliance with provided guidelines to meet clients’ goals and scope of deliverables Identify patterns or trends in video content, while adhering to client guidelines Report to agreed-upon shifts on time, with all appropriate communication methods open and complete shifts in accordance with guidelines and scope of deliverables Attend company, manager, and team meetings as needed/required Evaluate and assess the assigned number of videos required to meet daily deliverables Apply a keen awareness of the cultural and political climate to all work Participate in and encourage the growth of 1021’s culture both within the company and outside of it Utilize company and client-approved AI tools and policies into project workflows and identify emerging AI trends Special projects as needed Must be available to work evenings and weekends Required Experience Excellent written and verbal
