What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant job or industry
Nice to Have
Experience working remotely and within multicultural teams, Experience with content moderation, content review, curation, or similar roles, Knowledge of content review guidelines and best practices, Experience with copywriting and proofreading, preferably with a focus on entertainment content, Comfortable working with Google Suite, with spreadsheets and other data management tools, Flexibility to adapt to changes in guidelines, workflows, and tools, understanding of digital streaming products, particularly video and its ecosystem, The ability to review information with an analytical and objective mindset in a fast paced environment, A keen interest in/knowledge of pop culture, social media trends and creators, and trending video content, familiarity with memes, hit songs and content trends in pop culture including music, dance, gaming, beauty, fashion, film, TV, pets, comedy, sports, and other verticals, Familiar with popular social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, Twitch, Clubhouse, etc.
