We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive **Content & Digital Marketing Assistant** to support our growing digital presence. If you love creating engaging content, editing videos, designing eye-catching graphics, and helping execute email marketing campaigns, we’d love to hear from you. **Work Setup:** Remote **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor / Virtual Assistant **Schedule:** TBD (preferred overlap with client/business hours if needed) **Rate:** $5 to $6/hr Commensurate with Experience ### Key Responsibilities: * Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and YouTube * Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns * Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple digital platforms * Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaign**s** (newsletters, promotional emails, automations, etc.) * Collaborate on content ideas, campaign concepts, and digital growth initiatives * Track basic campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements * Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends **Requirements** * Proven experience in **content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role** * Strong video editing skills * Graphic design experience (**Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent**) * Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or similar * Good understanding of social media content trends and platform best practices * Basic knowledge of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement * Strong written English communication skills * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently * Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly We’re looking for someone who is: ✅ Creative and resourceful ✅ Fast, responsive, and reliable ✅ Comfortable working independently
