What We're Looking For We’re looking for a creative, AI-forward Learning Experience Designer / Content Developer to help us build engaging, realistic, threat-informed training experiences. This role is ideal for a learning developer, instructional designer, or content creator who wants room to get creative with training;someone who can turn complex security concepts into interactive, memorable, behavior-changing learning experiences. You’ll design learning that goes beyond passive content: realistic scenarios, meaningful choices, branching interactions, gamification, simulations, video, animation, and AI-enhanced learning experiences.
