Full Job Description
If you’re a true "maker" who knows how to hook an audience in 2 seconds and turn a phone-shot idea into content that just hits, we'd love to hear from you. We’re looking for a Content Creator to be the creative engine behind some of the country’s biggest brands. You’ll primarily handle daily "always-on" content. We are looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes internet culture, natively understands social platforms, and knows how online subcultures tick. Added bonus, if you have a passion for music culture and gigs! ### **What You’ll Be Doing** * Lead fast-paced, agile content production. You'll be shooting and editing short-form video (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) and stills that actually stop people from scrolling. * Spot emerging trends, cultural shifts and be able to turn them into brand-relevant content. * Take your ideas from a quick brainstorm to a clean Google Slides deck, all the way to final delivery and hitting 'Publish'. * Craft witty, platform-native captions. You can effortlessly switch tones between a gaming community, a lifestyle brand, or a B2B audience on LinkedIn. ### **Who You Are** * You instinctively know why a video blows up on TikTok, why a photo carousels on Insta, or what gets engagement on LinkedIn—and why other things flop. You "get" the unwritten rules of each platform. * You have 3–5 + years of experience in a social, editorial, or agency environment, backed by a portfolio, feed, or personal creator account that proves you know how to make social-first content work. * You’re highly proficient in mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.) and you’re always ready to get behind the camera to make things happen. ### **Who We Are: We Are Social** We are a global, socially-led creative agency.
