About the role As Content Creator, your mission is to produce high-quality, faceless, product-led short-form video and photo content for Lovepop across product-driven, story-driven, and distribution-driven content lanes — shooting and editing daily under the direction of the Content Producer, with a focus on hook strength, trend speed, and Lovepop’s paper-art product magic. Most Lovepop content does not feature on-camera talent; the product and the paper-art moment do the storytelling. ## Accountabilities Daily Short-Form Content Production (60% of time) Shoot and edit faceless, product-led short-form video and photo content under the Content Producer’s brief across three content lanes — product-driven (unboxing, ASMR, product showcase), story-driven (paper-art origin moments, hands-only craft footage, brand-narrative B-roll), and distribution-driven (TikTok trends, hooks, performance-led). Ship daily to the publish queue. Maintain technical quality (audio levels, framing, edit pace, voiceover or music bed) and brand consistency (paper-art aesthetic, emotional tone). Trend Spotting & Hook Iteration (25% of time) Actively monitor TikTok, IG Reels, and similar platforms for emerging trends, hooks, sounds, and formats that work
