Full Job Description
**THE ROLE** At Debenhams Group, we are on a journey of transformation, revitalising our brand, culture, and connection with colleagues and customers alike. In a fast-changing retail environment, effective and authentic communication is vital to building trust, aligning our teams, and amplifying the impact of our work across internal and external audiences. boohooMAN is looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Content Creator to help bring the brand to life across our social channels. This role is all about understanding what our customer is engaging with, spotting trends before they peak, creating social-first content ideas and helping to deliver content that drives engagement, awareness and brand love. You'll work closely with the Social, Marketing, Creative and Influencer teams to develop content that feels authentic, relevant and native to each platform. This role will be based out of our Ancoats, Manchester office. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING** * Create engaging, social-first content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels. * Develop creative content ideas that align with brand campaigns, product launches and cultural moments. * Identify and react to social trends, viral moments and platform updates. * Support the planning and execution of content calendars. * Attend shoots, events and influencer activations to capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content opportunities. * Work with influencers, creators and internal stakeholders to maximise content output. * Write captions, content briefs and creative concepts that align with boohooMAN's tone of voice. * Monitor content performance and use insights to optimise future content. * Support community engagement and reactive social opportunities. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR** **Essential** * Previous experience creating content for social media, either professionally or through personal platforms. * Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media trends. * Passion for menswear, fashion, sport an
