What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in a content, creative, or brand marketing role, Excellent writer. Clear, concise, persuasive prose across long form and short form. Samples required., Excellent visual designer. Confident in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Portfolio required., Hands-on with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and analytics tools., Experience producing video and motion content, or directing contractors who do., Self-directed, organised, and comfortable owning a calendar end to end., Able to translate technical or industry-specific subject matter into clean, accessible content.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to enterprise audiences in real estate, infrastructure, industrial, retail, or built-environment sectors., Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, and modern marketing tooling., Experience with paid social creative and ABM campaigns., Comfort with AI-native creative workflows., Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.; Partner with Sales to produce high-impact account-specific creative for enterprise pursuits.; Partner with Customer Success to surface and tell customer stories.; Partner with Product to translate technical capability into clear, compelling external narrative.
