Full Job Description

## Description Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As the Content and Communications Specialist on the Stand Together Foundation team, you will play a key role in two critical parts of our work: first, in creating and coordinating content that appears across various communication channels, and second, in supporting the narrative-focused learning experiences we create for our partners. Both contributions are critical for elevating the work of the nonprofit leaders and changemakers we work alongside.  You will thrive in this role if you are a strong writer and editor who enjoys coordinating across multiple stakeholders, bringing structure to creative work, and helping ideas and stories reach the audiences who can benefit from them most.  This role is a force multiplier for the team. Your work will strengthen content creation processes, improve operational consistency, and help create the conditions for scalable, high-quality storytelling, and learning. ## How You Will Contribute Content and Communication Development Coordinate the development, organization, and publishing of content across various communication channels, including websites, social media platforms, earned media, and printed materials. Support storytelling efforts that highlight the work and impact of nonprofit leaders, partners, and changemakers. Copy edit and review content to ensure clarity, consistency, brand alignment, and accurate representation of partners and initiatives.
