What We're Looking For We are seeking a Product Counsel who will be a key legal partner to our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams. You will work closely with Privacy, IP, the Head of Product Legal and wider legal team to proactively guide product development and feature launches from a regulatory, consumer protection, and IP compliance perspective. You will be central in shaping how Welltech innovates responsibly, making sure our products remain trusted, legally sound, and user-first across global markets. Key responsibilities: - Advise on all legal matters related to product development and user experience, including consumer protection, e-commerce, auto-renewals, dark patterns, disclosures, advertising law, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Apple, Google). - Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketing and content teams to provide clear and actionable legal guidance across multiple product lines and jurisdictions. - Review and advise on sign-up flows, cancellation flows, upsells, monetization models, and content use. - Monitor evolving global regulations (e.g. FTC, DSA, ROSCA, GPSR, UK DMCCA) and help translate them into product-ready compliance strategies. - Help shape and scale our legal proce
