# **At ING we are looking for a Consumer Lending Process Expert** ## **Your role and work environment:** We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Consumer Lending Process Expert** to join our **Consumer Lending Processes Team** within the **Operations Expert Unit**. The responsibility of this team is to design, optimize and monitor end-to-end consumer lending processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance and an outstanding customer experience. Our way of working is agile, collaborative and strongly focused on continuous improvement and innovation. ## **Your key responsibilities:** As a **Consumer Lending Process Expert** you will: * Analyse, design and maintain end-to-end consumer lending processes (approval, origination and loan lifecycle management). * Lead initiatives focused on innovation, simplification and process automation. * Ensure that processes comply with regulatory, statutory and internal control requirements (including DORA where applicable). * Monitor operational KPIs and track performance, quality and risk. * Act as a liaison between Operations, Product, Risk, IT and Compliance teams. * Collaborate with Tribes and Squads to implement process improvements and changes. * Provide expert support in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. * Lead or contribute to operational model transformation and digitalization initiatives. * Ensure successful adoption of process changes across operational teams. * Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and strong customer focus. ## ## **What are we looking for?** Want to know if this position is made for you?
