Full Job Description

You've built ops from scratch before. You know what it looks like when nothing exists yet — and you know how to fix it. You've been the person a scaling business relied on to hold everything together. You've built the processes, managed the people, navigated the compliance complexity, and kept the clients happy — often all at once. You didn't inherit a finished system. You built one. If that sounds like your career so far, C-Serv is looking for you. **The opportunity** C-Serv is a global IT consulting and workforce solutions firm, operating across 10+ countries with a consultant base that spans some of the most complex employment environments in the world — Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and beyond. We're growing fast. And as we grow, we need someone to own the operational engine that makes every consultant engagement work: onboarding, compliance, client relationships, and the team behind it all. This is a senior role with real scope. You'll manage a team of three, a Consultancy Engagement Lead and two Consultancy Engagement Coordinators and you'll be the primary escalation point between the delivery function and the CEO. You won't be a cog in a machine. You'll be the person who builds the machine. **What you'll own** Consultant lifecycle end to end. From the moment a placement is confirmed to the day a consultant exits, you own the experience. Onboarding, check-ins, contract renewals, offboarding all of it. Multi-country compliance and EOR management.You'll personally manage our EOR provider relationships across active markets, including complex regions. Visa and right-to-work processes, payroll accuracy, country-specific compliance this is yours to own, not delegate. Client operations. You're the primary point of contact when things need to be resolved. Client escalations, invoicing coordination alongside RevOps, PSA administration, vendor and IT management the infrastructure that keeps the business running. Your team.
