5-8 years of full-time working experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, or fast-paced environments, Proven track record of delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects, Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs, Ability to manage executive stakeholders, Ability to navigate corporate politics, Ability to embed AI capabilities within client organizations, Fluency in modern and applied AI, Hands-on understanding of AI concepts, Knowledgeable about common machine learning techniques, Knowledgeable about cloud architectures, Knowledgeable about data management principles, Excellent quantitative skills, Outstanding communication skills, Outstanding presentation skills, Outstanding moderation skills, Fluency in German, Fluency in English, Valid work permit for Germany
