Must Have
5-8 years of full-time working experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, or fast-paced environments, Proven track record of delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects, Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs, Ability to manage executive stakeholders, Ability to navigate corporate politics, Ability to embed AI capabilities within client organizations, Fluency in modern and applied AI, Hands-on understanding of AI concepts, Ability to credibly demo working AI concepts, Ability to discuss data privacy constraints, Knowledgeable about common machine learning techniques, Knowledgeable about cloud architectures, Knowledgeable about data management principles, Excellent quantitative skills, Outstanding communication skills, Outstanding presentation skills, Outstanding moderation skills, Ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling arguments for non-technical senior executives, Ability to bridge the gap to technical execution teams, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, Fluency in German (written and spoken), Fluency in English (written and spoken), A valid work permit for Germany
