What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, analytics, management, or related field, 7+ years of consulting or professional services experience, at least 3 years in a leadership role, Proven experience leading complex transformation and/or technology-enabled engagements, Experience delivering large-scale initiatives (e. g. M&A, restructuring, operating model redesign), commercial acumen, including managing budgets and identifying growth opportunities, Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior and executive audiences, project leadership and team management capabilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements

Own and lead client engagements

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (including C-suite)
Lead and develop high-performing project teams
Translate complex data and analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Drive both delivery excellence and commercial outcomes across accounts
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client engagements
and commercial success
Act as the primary Professional Services point of accountability for the client relationship
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders up to C-suite level
Define and drive project approach
and delivery methodology
and develop project teams
Oversee resource planning and utilisation across multiple engagements
Ensure clients successfully adopt Orgvue and realise measurable value
Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to support account health
and identify opportunities for growth
Support and lead business development activities
Contribute to the development of methodologies
and best practices within Professional Services
Collaborate closely with Product and Solutions teams to share client insights and contribute to the ongoing development of Orgvue capabilities and delivery approaches
Represent Orgvue as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in client and industry settings
