Must Have

5+ years ArcGIS Enterprise experience, 5+ years water utility industry experience, ArcGIS Utility Network expertise, Client-facing experience, Experience leading complex projects, Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have

Integrating business systems with ArcGIS, RDBMS and geodatabase design knowledge, Familiarity with mobile apps, Experience contributing to GIS strategies
