Must Have
5+ years ArcGIS Enterprise experience, 5+ years in water utility industry, ArcGIS Utility Network expertise, Bachelor's degree in information systems, GIS, or geography
Nice to Have
Experience integrating business systems with ArcGIS, Knowledge of RDBMS and geodatabase design, Familiarity with mobile apps for data collection, Experience contributing to GIS strategies within utilities
