5+ years experience in water utilities, 5+ years experience with ArcGIS technology, Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network, Experience with ArcGIS Pro, Experience with ArcGIS Field Maps, Experience with ArcGIS Solutions, Proven proposal writing experience, Ability to develop enterprise project designs, Ability to develop work plans, Ability to develop budgets, Ability to develop schedules, Bachelor's degree in information systems, Bachelor's degree in GIS, Bachelor's degree in geography, Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Authorized to work in U.S.
Nice to Have
Experience integrating business systems, Experience with work management integration, Experience with asset management integration, Experience with SCADA integration, Experience with customer information integration, Experience with document management integration, Knowledge of RDBMS design, Knowledge of geodatabase design, Familiarity with mobile applications, Familiarity with water utilities asset data collection
