We value curiosity, hard work, and ambition, offering a place where you can grow your skills while working on projects that truly shape a business.   Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Consultant | Strategy and Growth in Krakow. ## You will Manage data collection activities, quantitative and qualitative data analyses and support overall project coordination; Deliver assigned tasks independently within a defined methodology, framework, and timeline; Conduct research and analysis, assess project feasibility, and generate evidence-based insights; Support proposal development and writing, including drafting applications, preparing documentation, and assembling high-quality submission materials; Conduct client interviews and maintain working relationships with specialist-level client staff. ## Requirements Proficiency in both English and Polish (written and spoken); Proven experience in preparing tender documentation and participating in public procurement processes; Experience in developing proposals and commercial offers for clients; Strong skills in conducting client interviews, including gathering insights, needs assessment, and synthesizing findings; Understanding of sustainability topics (e.g. CSRD reporting, GHG calculation, circular economy) and/or management consulting practices; Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple deadlines.
