What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in pre-sales solution design, 3+ years of experience in technical deployment, Ability to translate customer requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions, Experience working with vendors, partners, and end customers in a channel environment, project coordination, planning, and prioritisation skills, Good written and verbal communication skills, High attention to detail, stakeholder management capabilities, Good understanding of the IT industry, including channel, vendors, competitors, and end users
Nice to Have
Experience with Compass, Experience with Business Warehouse, Previous exposure to e-business systems

Design storage and backup solutions
Define multi-technology solutions
Consult with customers
Create technical architectures
Deliver architected solutions
Co-own sales opportunities
Project manage technical elements
Build customer relationships
Deliver enablement sessions
Maintain accreditations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with partners; Work closely with vendors; Work closely with internal sales teams; Manage internal resources; Manage external resources; Support internal sales teams; Support external sales teams; Build and maintain customer relationships; Conduct customer site visits with resellers; Conduct customer site visits with end users; Deliver enablement sessions internally; Deliver enablement sessions externally
