What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 – 4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a management consultancy or an internal strategy, transformation or change function within the financial services industry. Experience supporting the delivery of complex, stakeholder-heavy projects in dynamic environments. Consulting and delivery skills: structured problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues into practical, actionable steps. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and communicating complex topics in a clear, outcome-focused way. Comfortable presenting in both formal and informal settings, adapting style to suit different audiences and contexts. Ability to structure work effectively, including organising tasks, managing time and delivering high-quality outputs to deadlines. Ability to work in ambiguity and help shape evolving problem statements and project scopes. Analytical mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data, identify insights and support evidence-based recommendations.
Nice to Have
A interest in technology-enabled change within Financial Services, with the ability to translate business, regulatory or risk challenges into effective digital, data or systems-led solutions is advantageous.
