What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience, 5 years or more treasury industry experience with platform implementation exposure, Experience implementing Quantum Treasury Management or similar solutions, knowledge of FIS products, financial services, and software delivery models, Advanced understanding of SDLC methodologies and application architecture, Working proficiency in SQL, quality testing tools, and at least one programming language, Proven client consulting and stakeholder influence capabilities with clear, executive-level communication across technical and non-technical audiences, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Ability to scope effort, lead small projects, and deliver to timelines, Willing to travel as needed

What You'll Do.
lead consulting projects aligned to client and business objectives

deliver client training to maximize fintech solution value
Deliver treasury technology consulting engagements in a hybrid
Act as the primary liaison between clients
Lead requirements discovery
and systems impacts to recommend optimal solutions
and oversee testing to ensure solution quality and client alignment
Lead technical workstreams
mentor junior team members
and support pre-sales and training needs
