Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, technical knowledge of chillers and chilled-water systems, Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, Demonstrated capability in providing technical advice and developing HVAC solutions, Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, manufacturing, product management), presentation and communication skills, Results-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated, and customer-focused

positioning and specifying HVAC product portfolio — specifically Chillers
Air Handling Units (AHUs)
and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) — in major projects within the region
expanding our footprint
strengthening consultant engagement
supporting our long-term growth strategy in Sub-Saharan Africa
securing specifications for our Chillers and Airside products with consultants
supporting the broader team with value engineering
basis-of-design development
and technical training on HVAC equipment
influencing consultant designs and ensure Johnson Controls solutions are included in project specifications
conducting technical presentations
and seminars for consultants
and industry partners
