You will incorporate the findings in developing innovative capabilities and building a nimble operating model to enable precise and timely decisioning. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you’ll succeed** * **Credit risk analytics –** Develop the data analytics pipelines to unlock value-add opportunities while identifying top emerging and changing risk indicators. Develop agile systems and business processes to enhance precision capabilities and proactively respond to evolving market situations, client needs and technology changes. * **Reporting and insights –** Effectively communicate material through interpretation, analysis and assessment to articulate conclusions for senior leadership to understand trends and insights. * **Risk Management** – Sound knowledge of risk management principles and the factors that contribute to risk, with the ability to assess, measure and monitor risk within CIBC guidelines. Demonstrate strong knowledge of principles of credit analysis and risk management relating to the retail banking products. * **Relationship building** \- Liaise with other teams to establish
