This Utrecht-based role is for a strong MSc graduate who wants to work on projects related to the energy and climate transition for mostly public clients. **We are looking for candidates who** * Have a strong affinity with energy and sustainability topics, emphasizing areas such as policies, decarbonization of industry and transport, new energy solutions and land-use related topics. * Bring skills and interests that complement Guidehouse’s broad strengths, for example related to agentic AI, data automation or across sector collaboration. * Demonstrate a consulting mindset: Commercially oriented, agile, and able to understand sector dynamics. * Possess strong soft skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. * Are proactive, independent, and passionate about consulting. _**What you will do:**_ You will work with (mostly) public sector clients on strategic, analytical and technology questions essential for a successful and accelerated energy transition: market and policy analysis, data-driven insights, client interviews, workshops, and digital or technology-enabled transformation.
