What You'll Achieve.
Successful delivery of the primary ventilation upgrade project; Ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for Project Engineers; Fostering cross-functional collaboration; Ensuring project documentation is prepared for all phases of project delivery; Maintenance of Quality Management Documentation in accordance with the Quality Management Plan; Compilation of QAQC data and documentation into structured handover packs
Industry & Context.
Ability to think analytically; Timely resolution of emerging risks and issues
On-site presence required, Valid working rights in the Philippines, No visa sponsorship offered
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years’ experience in project delivery within heavy industry, Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, Ability to work autonomously and prioritise work in-line with project requirements, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to think analytically, Demonstrate professional conduct, Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings, Adherence to confidentiality requirements, Advanced user of MS office suite, Knowledge of construction methods, processes, sequencing and technical standards, Knowledge of the OGP capital approval process and PMF

What You'll Do.
Manage the delivery of the primary ventilation upgrade project from initiation to close-out
Coordinate engineering
design and estimation inputs
Prepare project management documentation
Identify and manage project risks
Provide schedule and cost performance data to project controls
Resolve emerging risks and issues during project delivery
Complete quality control/assurance and project close-out documentation
Maintain a visible presence in the field on-site
Complete minimum thrice-weekly Critical Control Verifications (CCVs) and/or Task Observations
Establish and maintain systems for design works using appropriate risk management tools
and direction to Project Engineers
Create an environment of collaboration between Project Execution Engineers and the Engineering and Construction teams
Establish and maintain systems for project documentation preparation
Maintain Quality Management Documentation
Ensure QAQC data and documentation is compiled into structured handover packs
Undertake a program of continuous improvement

Coordination of engineering, design and estimation inputs; Collaboration between Project Execution Engineers and the Engineering and Construction teams; Working with direct reports and peers from the Project Development and Construction teams
