We are looking for Teamcenter PLM Consultant with 4 to 5 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM customization, configuration, development, and solution mapping. Role Overview As a PLM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing PLM solutions (primarily Siemens Teamcenter) to support business processes across engineering and manufacturing. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain PLM solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment * Collaborate with concept owners and process owners to understand business requirements * Analyse requirements and convert them into technical specifications * Contribute to quarterly planning, backlog refinement, and sprint execution * Identify dependencies and coordinate across teams * Execute development tasks, including customization and configuration of PLM systems * Perform unit testing and ensure code quality * Support integration of PLM with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems * Work closely with architects to align with solution and platform architecture * Participate in Agile ceremonies (plan
