3 years Supervisory and Leadership experience, 7 years Maintenance Planning and/or Maintenance Reliability, 3 years Projects, Scheduling, and Turnaround Management, Professional Driver’s License, Knowledge of Fixed Plant Machineries, Knowledge of Mining Processing Plant, Knowledge of Maintenance management, Knowledge of Project management, Knowledge of Safety standards, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills, Work Management, Planning and scheduling, Computerized Maintenance Management System, Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills, MS Office Applications, Problem-Solving and Decision Making Abilities, Critical thinking, Investigations and Actions, Short- and Long-Term Solutions, Identifying and Setting Priorities, Ability to establish prevention and detection internal controls that can address potential risks of inefficiency, fraud, abuse, or mismanagement
What You'll Do.
Manage the execution of the fixed plant maintenance activities based on maintenance plans and strategies
Root cause analysis is completed for all equipment failures
work quality issues and operational incidents
Mentor and develop maintenance personnel to ensure best practice operations through on the job training opportunities
Play an active role in formal development programs for apprentices
trades people and maintenance leadership personnel
managing the implementation of work management processes
developing maintenance programs
projects schedules to maximize plant availability
manage all elements of the contractors engage to help deliver the expected Projects outcomes
manage the logistic of parts
tooling and equipment required to execute a successful Projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Mentor and develop maintenance personnel; Play an active role in formal development programs for apprentices, trades people and maintenance leadership personnel
