What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 –3 years of experience in IT or technology projects, Basic knowledge of blockchain technologies and platforms (e. g. , Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Corda), Knowledge of core blockchain concepts such as smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and the UTXO model, Familiarity with smart contract development or review (e. g. , Solidity) and understanding of key security principles, Understanding of integration methods with blockchain systems, Familiarity with the use of terminal environments and command-line interface (CLI) tools, Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node. js for backend services or application integrations, Experience using and testing REST, RPC, and WebSocket APIs, Ability to understand full-stack application architectures and interact effectively with cross-functional teams, including security and infrastructure teams, Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, analytical mindset, curiosity toward emerging technologies, and ability to work in teams, Interest in working in a consulting environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with blockchain development tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry or similar), Basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to digital assets (e. g. , MiCA, TFR), Familiarity with real-world asset tokenization solutions, Basic knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), Basic knowledge of software testing practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), DevOps, and the use of AI agents from the terminal, Certifications or courses in project management, blockchain, or cloud technologies, Familiarity with project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
